PrintMailRate-it

Do more with your summer and for your career

If you’re looking to get ahead of the competition and jump-start your career, enhancing your leadership skills is a great way to do it. At this interactive program, we’ll discuss what it means to be in public accounting today with a special focus on enhancing your already proven leadership skills. In addition, you’ll network with peers and Rödl & Partner professionals.

About the Program

We look for students who are ready to kickstart their career and strive for success - the true leaders on campus. If that describes you, then the Rödl & Partner Summer Leadership Program is designed for you. Sure, we’ll tell you about our Firm, but we know you’ll walk away with much more than that. You’ll gain a deeper knowledge on being a leader in public accounting with training to back-it up. During our two-day program, you’ll participate in hands-on activities and network with your peers and Rödl & Partner staff - including partners.

Additionally, you can look forward to:
  • Engaging leadership presenters
  • Open Q&A sessions with diverse panels
  • Lively team building activities
  • Interviewing with Rödl & Partner
  • An enjoyable social activity
